Events[]

On May 5, 2023, Paramount's CBS News and Stations unit announced that it was ending its affiliation with The CW for its eight stations per the buyout deal. This was announced when the aforementioned stations would become independent in September. Following the move, Nexstar stated that it would find replacement CW affiliates, nothing that "Paramount’s decision affects a limited portion of The CW’s nationwide reach.
