Aleksei Alekseivitch "Alex" Rodin is a fictional character created by British author Lee Child. He appears in the Jack Reacher novel One Shot as well as its 2012 film adaptation Jack Reacher. He is the District Attorney in an unnamed city south of Indianapolis.
Alex is the father of Attorney Helen Rodin who is defending accused mass murderer James Barr.
