AwesomenessTV is an online content production company that was launched in 2010. It was under the ownership of DreamWorks Animation (now owned by Universal Pictures), Hearst (partial owner of ESPN) and Verizon. The second Viacom acquired the ownership of the company from all three companies. On December 4, 2019, ViacomCBS was formed and currently has ownership through Nickelodeon.
