Bluffalo is a new member of F.L.O.P.P. in T.U.F.F. Puppy. He gave the team the idea causing false alarms to T.U.F.F. that they were doing evil plans so that they wouldn't believe them when they did a real evil plan.
Personality[]
Although Bluffalo isn't truly evil like the rest of the others, he's shown to be masculine and effeminate. And the way he talks in a very masculine way, he's always shown to be bluffing.

Bluffalo has blonde hair with a short ponytail, and a black goatee. He wears an indigo suit with matching pants and eye glasses. He has brown fur and blue eyes.
