Brian Patrick Stepanek (born February 6, 1971) is an American actor and voice actor. He is known for his role as Arwin Hawkhauser in the Disney Channel Original Series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and as the titular character in the Brain O'Brian shorts.
For Nickelodeon, Stepanek stars on Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, & Dawn as the titular siblings' father, Tom Harper. He is also the voice of Lynn Loud Sr. and Hunter Spector on The Loud House. He also played Officer Goosebump in The Haunted Hathaways.
He also reprised his role as Lynn Sr. in the live-action film A Loud House Christmas, and will reprise the role in The Really Loud House.
