CBS Media Ventures is a television distribution and syndication company that was formed in 2007 as the successor to CBS Paramount Domestic Television (which replaced Paramount Domestic Television). Its origins go back to Group W Productions which was started in 1961 and ended with the introduction of the new name of Eyemark Entertainment (started in 1996 and closed in 2000). It is also connected partially to CBS Enterprises (1995-2004) and CBS Broadcast International (1995-2007).
