CBS Television Stations is a division of ViacomCBS that handles control for CBS-owned affiliates. It was originally named Viacom Television Stations Group until the launch of CBS Corporation in 2006. It also combined the control of UPN (Chris-Craft Industries)-owned affiliates (through their purchase of Paramount Stations Group), until the network's closure in 2006. As a result of the closure, they also currently own control of The CW-owned affiliates.
