CEL Entertainment (short for Communications and Entertainment Limited) was an Australian home video cassette distributor in the 1980s. They were originally known as Publishing and Broadcasting Video, a unit of Publishing & Broadcasting Limited. The company was formed in 1980 as PBV before changing its name to the more familiar CEL in 1984. Several of the animated productions they released on videocassette have a connection to certain assets owned by Paramount.

- Danger Mouse and its spin-off series Count Duckula were released by this company under the Thames Video Collection label. These shows aired on Nickelodeon in the United States.
- Several Garfield and Peanuts specials were put out on compilation tapes; these aired on CBS in the United States. The Garfield brand is now owned by Paramount.
- One of their labels was Filmation Home Video, which was owned by Group W Productions, their parent company who shut down the animation studio in 1989.
