CMT

CMT or Country Music Television is a television channel owned by ViacomCBS Domestic Media Networks. CMT airs country music along with music videos. Programming also includes TV specials, concerts, and biographies of country music stars. However, over time, the programming has shifted to reality and lifestyle while losing focus on the genre.

There is also a Canadian version of CMT. The only difference being is that ViacomCBS owns 10% while Corus Entertainment owns the rest. CMT was founded on March 5, 1983
