Cephaloplex is one of the minor antagonists of The Loud House. He is Muscle Fish's arch-enemy.

In Muscle Fish movie marathon, Cephaloplex is defeated by Muscle Fish.
In Lincoln and Clyde's dream, Cephaloplex barges into Flip's Food & Fuel and challenges Muscle Fish to a rematch by hitting him with his ink. He kidnaps Flip and spews his ink to wreak havoc across the store. When Muscle Fish attempts to talk down Cephaloplex, he punchies Muscle Fish which sends him flying to the bathroom. Cephaloplex is about to attack Flip, but he gets punched out of the store by Muscle Fish.

Cephaloplex is seen stealing money and gets chased by the police while passes by the two kids.
