Chuck is a clumsy calico cat who resides in Kakamucho, he's Ichiro's best friend and while he and Ichiro did not treat Hank well at first, he and Ichiro become his friends by the end of the film, he's also known for ruining Emiko's chances of becoming a samurai.
He also owns and works at a fireworks store.
