Deputy Dawg is the main character in the show with the same name. He is a sheriff in his small town located now in Mississippi. He usually deals with the antics of Muskie Muskrat and Vince Gopher and random occurrences such as aliens. However, most of the duo's crimes are harmless.
Appearance[]
Deputy Dawg is a white dog who wears a black hat, a black vest with his badge, and blue pants. He wears a holster with gun around his waist. He speaks in a quite foolish southern accent.
Personality and traits[]
As a sheriff, it is his duty to protect his town from criminals and other incoming threats. He is quite easy to anger and gets annoyed by Muskie and Vince antics such as stealing food, fooling the sheriff, or not following rules. Since the show heavily relies on slapstick humor, whenever Dawg tries to catch the two, he gets injured. He has a tendency saying "cottonpickin" whenever he gets mad or the duo escapes. Additionally, Dawg is not as intelligent as he seems. In "Little Red Fool House" he couldn't even sing the alphabet in the right order let alone know what 2 plus 2 is. With him having authority, it can sometimes get the best to him such as making false accusations whenever Muskie and Vincent are not misbehaving.
