Eyemark Entertainment was a television syndication company formed from the purchase of CBS by Westinghouse Broadcasting, with that company's syndication provider (Group W Productions) being the predecessor to the new company. The operations started in 1996 and closed in 2000, as a result of the purchase of CBS by the first Viacom and being absorbed into King World Productions. This company's syndication library is now owned by CBS Television Distribution (part of ViacomCBS).
