Heffer Wolfe is a main in Rocko's Modern Life and one of Rocko's best friends. He was raised by a wolf family hence his surname "Wolfe." His family fatten him up, so they could eat him but later grew attached to him. He is voiced by Tom Kenny who also voiced SpongeBob and other famous cartoon characters.
Description[]
Heffer Wolfe is Rocko's best friend, Heffer was raised by wolves in Richhill, as seen by his family name, who originally were going to eat him, and thus began to fatten him up. Eventually the family grew to love Heffer, so they instead raised him, not letting him know that he was adopted until Rocko accidentally revealed the truth when the Wolfe family invited him for dinner. The mark which Heffer believed to be a "birthmark" on his buttocks is actually the plotting lines showing where the wolves were going to divide him.
Appearance[]
Heffer is overweight and perfectly round cow. His fur is yellow while his hair and tail are lime green. His snout is orange. He wears red overalls with purple straps. One of his eyes have a "dent", giving him a twitchy look.
Personality and Traits[]
Heffer is an obsessive food lover, snacking on junk food such as chips, pizza and even meat despite cows being herbivores. His unusual eating habits has led him to being called a "cow" by many characters in the show. He can be described as the best friend who loves life and an outgoing person. His lack of lack stems for his stupidity instead of bravery. In fact, Heffer is so stupid that he doesn't even know what beef is as he was on a game show called "Triple 6" hosted by Peaches.
While he is more of the chilled type that doesn't hold him back from having several jobs; he works as a tree farmer, security guard, café waiter, and a groundskeeper at a golf park. Heffer can also drive, unlike Rocko who has never been behind the wheel before.
He is pretty unaware of his family's dark history. Heffer's "birthday" which is located on his buttocks is actually the divide line when his wolf family ever gets the chance to eat him.
