L.A. Doctors was a CBS network medical drama series created by John Lee Hancock which aired from September 21, 1998 to May 10, 1999, lasting for one season & 24 episodes.

The series replaced "Brooklyn South" after it was cancelled in May 1998.

Plot[]

The series centered on four doctors from Los Angeles, California running a practice together where it focuses on the issues in the American medical system as it does on the patients.

"L.A. Doctors" was scheduled opposite ABC's "Monday Night Football" and NBC's "Dateline Monday" and struggled in the ratings, leading up to the show's cancellation in May 1999.
