Lil' Ben is a character in Paramount•Nickelodeon's 2006 animated feature film Barnyard and its 2024 sequel. He is a young anthropomorphic calf who is the biological son of Otis and Daisy, named after Otis' adopted father, Ben.

At the end of the film, Lil' Ben was given birth, and held by Bessy who later allows Otis to carry him and Daisy decides to name him after Otis' father.
