Lil DeVille is a main character from Rugrats and All Grown Up. Along with her brother, Phil, they are neighbors to their best friend Tommy Pickles. She is voiced by Kath Soucie who also provides the voices of Phil and Betty.
Appearance[]
In the original series, Lil had a very large head. Both of the twins are seen with some teeth. She wore a green-blue dress with a duck design that Phil also wears on his overalls. She also wears Pink shoes. Her hair is brown that waves in the back with pink bow, unlike Phil. In All Grown Up, Lil is now a tomboy with a keen interest in and talent for Soccer, although she still has more girly interests such as fashion and boys.
Personality and traits[]
In Rugrats, Phil and Lil's personalities were similar: they both enjoyed gross things and putting their objects in their mouths. Just like the other babies, Phil is adventurous, curious, and cannot understand complex things in life, allowing Angelica to usually easily annoyed at them follow up saying "you stupid babies" and explaining how things should be.
