Mr. McTurtle is slow, like most turtles, and he does not say very much. His slowness sometimes annoys Speed Meister.
Personality[]
Mr. McTurtle does not appear to be as malicious as Speed Meister and he mainly goes along with his ideas because he's too easygoing to make much of a fuss. He tends to repeat phrases.
Appearance[]
Mr. McTurtle has green skin, brown eyes, and a brown shell. He wears a blue bandanna around his neck, as well as a blue and yellow backwards baseball cap. He wears a yellowish-orange tool belt around his shell with screwdrivers, a wrench, and a hammer attached to it.
