Nermal is a character from the newspaper comic strip Garfield. He is the self-proclaimed "World's Cutest Kitten" and loves to brag about it while ridiculing Garfield's looks and age, which often results in him eventually getting thrown out of Garfield's house and/or mailed to Abu Dhabi. He was originally introduced as a kitten belonging to Jon's parents, but that connection was quickly dropped. Nermal is 7 years old.
