Ni Hao, Kai-Lan: Journey to the Monkey King Castle (also known in it's episode title name Journey to Monkey King Castle) is the first and only episode of the third season of Ni Hao, Kai-Lan. The episode premiered on August 21, 2011. The Monkey King has invited Kai-Lan and her friends to his castle for a party, but things become chaotic when the gang messes up the decorations. Now they have to clean up everything before the Monkey King finds out.

Plot[]

The Monkey King is having a party and Kai-Lan and her friends help him decorate. However as the preparations begin, the gang tries out some of his things, causing a big mess. Kai-Lan and her friends have to find a way to fix their mess before the Monkey King returns.

  • This is the premiere episode of season 3 and the very first and only episode which aired in 2011. Though this pointer was based on the fact that several websites state it was part of season 3.
  • Also, this is the first new brand new episode after an intermediate 10-month hiatus.
  • This is the first and only episode to not premiere on the main Nickelodeon channel.
  • This episode is somewhat very similar to the episodes "Twirly Whirly Flyers" and "Kai-Lan's Carnival", as both of the episodes focus on the subject of fixing mistakes. It even repeats the solution used in the "We Got It" song.
