Paramount Television Studios is a television production company that is a division of Paramount Pictures formed originally in 1948, then returned in 1968 (in its original form), in its current form, it was founded in 2013 while the original iteration is owned by CBS Corporation. It was also the owner of UPN before CBS Corporation took over control.
