Syfy

Syfy is a television network currently owned by NBCUniversal. It was previously owned by Paramount Pictures/Viacom from 1992 (its launch year) to 1997. It previously broadcast some of the series in the Star Trek franchise. Its primary purpose as a television network is to show programming within the science fiction genre.
