This movie isn't real. Jason Blum has gone on record saying that he hated Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin and would rather the series just end. Oren Peli tweeted about this saying "Paranormal Activity fans: there are stories coming out about sequels in the works. Those are listed on IMDB as Paranormal Activity 8, remake, etc.
Those are not real sequels. We have nothing to do with them, and do not know these people who claim to be making these films."
And if you look at the cast and director, Wincent Sommers is listed in news articles as directing a film called "Slender Man: Origins" in 2020. Yet I can't find anything on that film either except a poster. And all the cast members named are German which doesn't add up with the plot synopsis. It doesn't take place in Germany. This appears to be a fan film at best.
