The Angry Beavers is a Nickelodeon franchise created by Mitch Schauer for the Nickelodeon Group. The franchise itself takes in a fictional town in Oregon where two beaver brothers, Norbert and Daggett live together to become bachelors. The franchise's debut is an Unaired tv pilot finished in 1994. And then the tv show premiered on April 19, 1997 until June 11, 2001 on the Nickelodeon channel. This series becomes the 7th Nicktoon franchises in history.

TV Pilot[]

The tv pilot's plot starts When the TV breaks down, Norb and Dag try to do something fun. According to Mitch Schuaer, this episode "got put on a shelf as they [Nickelodeon] wanted to do Hey Arnold". Nick Bakay did not provide Norb's voice in this test pilot. Norb was featured with a different character design that is very similar to Dag. He was re-designed following the official series.

After finishing the 1994 unreleased tv pilot, Three years now the show itself premiered in the United States on April 19, 1997, and ended on May 26, 2001 on the Nickelodeon channel. Currently the show was rerunned on the NickRewind from 2011 to 2017. The Background Information of the show has variations of the opening theme is used as background music in numerous episodes. 30-minute TV special[]

A 30 minute Halloween-themed episode. An alien object lands behind the house of Norb and Dag's favorite movie star. The Background Information of the special shows Both brothers were wearing Halloween costumes based off of the B-rated movies Oxnard was in: Dag as a crawling spleen and Norb as Oxnard Montalvo.
Videogame[]
Though the series has no official video games, The Angry Beavers appeared in Nicktoons Racing for PlayStation, Game Boy Advance, PC, Game Boy Color, and Arcade, as playable characters. Norbert and Daggett had a cameo as a Trophy in Nicktoons: Attack of the Toybots and in Nicktoons MLB as well.
