Viacom Outdoor was an outdoor advertising company formed originally in 1938 as Transportation Displays, Inc. (TDI). The first Viacom bought Infinity Outdoor and renamed the company to highlight their ownership. The first Viacom was separated in 2006, and CBS Corporation became the new owners and attached their name to form CBS Outdoor. In 2014, the company was separated from CBS and is now known as Outfront Media. Even though the first Viacom and CBS Corporation no longer have ownership of the company, it still exists.
