Worldvision Enterprises Inc. is a television and home video distribution company founded in 1954 as ABC Films, then in 1973 as Worldvision Enterprises Inc.

Before the company was acquired by Taft Entertainment Company in 1979, it was the domestic and overseas distribution arm of ABC.

Before the company was acquired by Paramount Pictures in 2000, it was owned by many companies such as ABC through 1954-1979, Taft Entertainment Company through 1979-1988, Great American Broadcasting through 1988-1991, then Spelling Entertainment Group through 1991-2000.

During the mid-1990s, Blockbuster (owned by Viacom through 1994-2004) held an interest in Worldvision Enterprises Inc. Aaron Spelling was also interested in the company as he needed to find a way to distribute his programs. He attempted to buy the company but the chief company shareholder, Carl H. Lindner was not interested.  In 1988, however, Lindner agreed to sell 50% towards Great American Broadcasting, and in the following year, the merge was made.

Since Spelling Entertainment Group was folded into Paramount Pictures through 2000-2006 and is now folded into CBS Studios since 2006, Worldvision Enterprises Inc. was folded into Paramount Domestic Television through 2000-2006, then CBS Paramount Domestic Television through 2006-2007 and is now folded into CBS Television Distribution since 2007.
